We are not your average fitness or yoga retreat. We take a holistic approach to mental and physical health and well-being by weaving physical fitness and yoga practice with a strong foundation in the philosophies of yoga and mindfulness. We seek to help you truly embody what it means to be strong on the outside and inside. We believe that healthy mind and bodies are more connected to their purpose in life. All of our retreats are immersive and educational. You can expect to be challenged and nurtured through the combination of strength training, cardio training, high intensity interval training, yoga, breath work, and relaxation. Most importantly, you'll have fun while doing the work.
